Vehicle needs some work done on it maintenance wise!
We take maintenance and vehicle condition seriously and service the car regularly. Smoking is strictly prohibited and clearly communicated to all guests. During this trip, the guest was reminded multiple times not to smoke in the vehicle. The feedback provided does not align with the documented condition at checkout. We maintain full trip documentation and work directly with Turo Support to address any concerns fairly and appropriately.

The quality of the car was disappointing! It was sticky, windshield was very dirty , engine light came on which dampened my visit. I was not how the picture depicted it to be. Although the host did respond but didn’t seem to care about the engine light being on. The car showed signs of deterioration on the part of the engine in respect to the steering wheel was vibrating and it was not as clean as they had mentioned.
It got me to my destination but with a lot of concern about it making it to my destination.
