I requested an early return due to our original flight being cancelled and rebooked us earlier but the host did not respond after reading the messags, just ignored it and then cancelled our request without explaning the factors that we would able to understand. Being in this business takes experience how to consider customer’s situation especially if it is because of an unforseen situation. In every business there is always a good customer service, like explain why U cannot give us a refund professionally but unfortunately the host said we are rude. Look if you just explained and replied earlier from our request then we might understand, you just ignored and cancelled without explanation and called us rude! Never book this host, he is extremely inconsiderate and rude!

I am a five star host for a reason. I do not rent this vehicle out for one day. She originally rented for two days and then wanted to return after only 1 day along with food crumbs all over the backseat. Because I was unable to accept her request She was very rude to me and told me she was going to rate me a one. Even knowing that, I did still did not rate her a one. Look at my previous reviews of this vehicle and you will see none of the issues that she is trying to fabricate. Rude Renter.
