Fantastic rental! The car was spotless and a fantastic ride. Pickup was very easy and did not cost me any money when I left the airport adjacent parking spot (usually I have to pay). Host was flexibly and kind. My flight got changed to one day earlier, and he found me a car so I could alter my reservation. Highly, highly recommend!

Clean car. Ran smooth. Great communication. I wasn’t used to riding a shuttle off properly so that was a little hard to navigate but the communication was very helpful!

The quality of the car was great. I only had to fuel up once before drop off which compare to my car back home was great. It rode so smooth and all the functions of the car worked as they should. I really appreciated the blind spot warning because the side view mirror is smaller than what I’m used to. I would say to bring a usb for your phone for car play if you want to see the maps on the screen. Over all loved the car and would use the service again. Drop off and shuttle back to airport went great. On the other hand the shuttle on the way to lot took a hour and when I called for help on clarification on where to go the lady was rude. The directions from the site say there are my shuttle fly signs where they want you to wait but there’s not. You wait where the Lyft, uber signs are I just wanted to make sure I was in the right spot- my reason for calling.
