This was not the greatest Turo experience that we’ve had. The instructions were incorrect for picking up the car (told the wrong lot to go to), there wasn’t a parking ticket in the car (had to pay with a ticket to get out of the parking lot) and the host did not respond to phone call or text very quickly. We were to be reimbursed for the parking lot fee but the fee was $24 and we were reimbursed $21. The worse was the weed smell - there was a fragrance attempting to cover it when we first picked up the car but it got worse as time went on. We did let the host know when we picked up the car. but it really was a strong smell after sitting in the sun etc and definitely got worse later in the day.

We did advise that you contact Turo support regarding the 3.00 difference for the parking due to BNA’s recent increase in fees. The lot change was due to limited parking due to airport construction. When we picked up the car after your trip there was no odor. Again, we apologize about your experience.
