The 2019 Nissan Sentra was disappointing.
First thing I noticed was the bird poop on the windows (even though the car wasn't left under a tree or wire). Then the dents and worn hubcaps. The car looks a lot older than its age. I also don't think the passenger door handle works from the outside -- and some one else commented on this in a review from 2025. The engine squeals when it turns on (but thankfully goes away) and I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke every time I opened the car door (thankfully not overpowering).
On the bright side, it got me from point A to B.
If this cost half the price, I wouldn't fault it. Sometimes you just need something that will get you there. This car did that. But charging just as much or more than a professional fleet? That's wild.
The owner, Justin, sent an automated message to ask me for a 5-star review and requested honest feedback and a promise to make things right if my trip didn't reach his high standards. So I wrote all this to him -- but no reply after 25hrs. ...Yeah, that figures: You couldn't even spend a minute to clean off bird poop.
