It was my first time using Turo. This host made everything quick and easy, with communication…. Car was great.

Car smelled like cigarettes

Nice car, easy to drive, previous damage, smelt of cigarettes and marijuana. Pickup instructions came late. Easy to drop off
Rebecca •
The vehicle smelled like cigarettes. Evidence of ash burns on the drivers seat covers. I took pictures that I can send of the burns. The picture uploaded to show the pick up location was of the wrong vehicle. It took 30 minutes to find the vehicle for pickup. The car was not clean. Tank was not full.
