The car was fine. It did not smell great and could have been much cleaner, but it got us through the trip. The reason for the one star is because of the undisclosed and incredibly frustrating pick up and drop off process. We booked this car for the convenience of airport pick up and drop off, but this host started calling me at almost 9pm the night before my trip to inform me that actually we would be picked up at the airport and driven to the car at another location. Because we weren’t informed of this until right before our flight we felt like we had no choice but to continue with the booking. We were then forced to wait almost 30 minutes at the airport for the host to arrive and shuttle us to the car that we paid to be waiting for us at the airport when we landed. This was our first bad experience with Turo and we would not book with this host again.
