The pickup was easy the owner communicated and also allow me to extend my trip with ease

Pros:
Nice car, drives well and comfortable.
Cons:
-Host didn’t give code to release the key.
Messaged and called host over and over. No response. Luckily Turo reps were able to get me the code after waiting close to an hour with no response from host.
-Vehicle wasn’t cleaned very well inside or outside.
-Because of troubles getting in contact with the host for a key code, I ended up late to a business meeting and potentially losing a massive contract.
