The check-in experience was disappointing. I received instructions only 25 minutes before pickup, after having to request them myself. That’s when I learned the vehicle required remote unlocking while I was physically present, which complicated my transportation arrangements in rainy weather. I requested reimbursement for my rideshare expense but was denied. I suggested providing check-in instructions immediately after the required ID verification process to help future renters avoid similar issues.
That aside, the vehicle itself was excellent! It was clean, smelled great, drove beautifully, and had impressive technology and a sleek, futuristic interior. Absolutely no complaints about the car itself, just the check-in experience and customer service.
