The car was dirty when I picked it up, and while in proximity of the pick up and drop off fusion were relatively to the terminal, they were not the same location as stated in outlined in the instructions and the host communication was absolutely horrific. I almost missed my flight, drove to 3 parking garages - and this was after trying to call him all night the day before travel. Rude, dirty car, not good. Worst Turo experience I have ever had and I use this app a lot. Never have I ever felt like I wanted to go back to normal rentals after a turo but this one did make me think about it

Great car, pick up is a little inconvenient as we had a baby with us and the pick up and drop off is in a bank parking lot and had to wait both times for the host.
