I’ll just start off by saying this car should not be on the road. To say the transmission was sluggish would be an understatement. It’s very dangerous and highway situations trying to get onto the freeway. The windshield was not cleaned thoroughly. There was some kind of soapy residue on the interior of the windshield which blocked my vision during sunset. Also, with the amount of bugs in Tennessee, you would think proper windshield wipers would be installed, but in this case they were not. My vision was often blocked while driving and I had to stop at gas stations, hoping they would have squeegees for me to use.
The kicker was….the car died while I was at a wedding in rural Tennessee. I reached out to the owner, who’s only help us to tell me that the battery was three months old and to call roadside assistance. Well there was no roadside assistance. Not one truck could come out to help us. I had to leave the car at the wedding venue and take an Uber back to Nashville just to make my flight. I then had to argue for two days with Turo about the charges. This has been an awful experience and I would caution anyone considering this vehicle
You drained the battery by leaving it on and then refused to call roadside assistance because you were responsible for the fee. You thought if you abandoned the vehicle, that got you out of paying.
