Ended up with a flat on the freeway, used my own AAA service to get the spare put on. The spare was flat, and the lugs were swollen so the tow guy wasn’t able to get the lugs off without hammering on the socket. All unfortunate, and I understand things happen. They brought me another car with a tire pressure light on, but asked me to switch the next day back to the focus without telling me the day prior that was the plan. Brakes on this car need to be replaced as well so if you’re looking to rent it be aware. Other than that they took care of me but it was inconvenient to have so much happen. Again, things happen, but they made things right although it took some teeth pulling.
We do apologize for the blowout on the Focus we try out best to make sure our vehicles are in top condition, but some incidents are out of our control. We tried to make the switch out as convenient as possible by delivering an picking up the new vehicle for you to continue your rental with minimum interruption. We also performed a thorough inspection of the focus to make sure that it is ready for the next rental. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Nashville. Please come back again. Be Blessed
