The car was awesome!! Easy pickup seamless in every aspect of the trip full tank of gas so didn't have to stop for gas at start of our trip ! Car was nice and clean drove great & had killer air conditioning!!! Will rent from them again recommend for others to do the same!!! Thanks again to the hot and hostess ! 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don’t do it.
I picked up the car and immediately found a nail in the tire. After paying to fix that, I discovered a headlight was out as well. Instead of an apology, I was told to deal with the repairs myself.
I missed three days of work, spent over two hours with customer service, submitted countless photos, and ultimately ended the trip early. After all that, Turo finally issued a full refund.
A rental car should be ready and safe to drive—not something the renter has to repair.

We take vehicle condition and safety seriously and follow Turo's pre-trip photo process to document every rental. In this case, the required pre-trip photos were not completed despite prompts. The guest also reported a tire concern several days into the trip, after significant use of the vehicle. We provided guidance on an approved repair location with reimbursement available through Turo, which was declined.
