My sisters and I rented this Sonic for our little sister’s wedding weekend in Kentucky. Pickup was easy, the instructions were clear and detailed, and the car was clean and ready to go. Shortly into the trip we noticed a shake and a noise from the front end, and found a lug nut missing on the front passenger wheel along with a few others that were loose. After the trip, the host had the car checked and found a bad front tire was causing the shaking. What stood out to us was how the host handled it. He responded quickly every time we reached out, reimbursed us for the replacement lug nut, and was genuinely committed to making things right. We appreciated the communication and the effort to resolve everything.

Easy pick up/ drop off. Only about 8 mins from the airport. The car was just as shown in the pictures. It ran smooth and a/c worked well. Only thing would've preferred if the windows had tint to help with the heat. Other than that, great option. Thank you.

Pickup was easy - the host gave great instructions. The host was very communicative through the process and left the car on time. The car was clean and looked exactly as pictured. However, the car does have about 126k miles on it so I struggled to drive it a long distance in the rain. If you’re taking a short local trip, you shouldn’t have any problems but I would not put this car on the highway. When I drove in the rain, the car could barely drive over bumps in the road and hydroplaned more than I’d expect. It takes a while for the car to reach the high speeds needed for the highway.

Thanks for your feedback. But unfortunately we have no control over weather. And it was pouring rain heavily the last couple days and during your trip as well. I would say it’s a tiny car and mileage has nothing to do with hydroplaning during heavy rain storms. Any car would hydroplaning during the heavy storms on the highway. But thanks for your comment.
