The car was great! Crazy fun to drive, clean, cold ac, feul efficient, and literally fit in any parking spot. The remote start was also a fun little bonus, especially since it was so hot & humid.
My reason for only giving 4 stars is the pickup/drop-off location. I lost an hour of vacation time waiting for the shuttle to pick me up. If I had known this prior, I would not have picked this listing. When I originally booked, I read through the reviews, and unfortunately, at that time, I didn't see anything about the car's location. The last time I rented with Turo, my car was right on site, which made pickup and drop-off super quick and easy.
If they could change that one flaw, I would absolutely rent this car again.

Thank you for the feedback! All Turo lots are by shuttle right now at BNA. We always send the intro message to let our customers know the lot is Turo approved and we provide a complimentary shuttle. I wish we could expedite the shuttle, but with the volume at the airport and the constant construction it seems everything takes longer than expected.
Pick up and drop off was super easy. Great/prompt communication from the host. The car was perfect for our needs and gets great gas mileage.
