Hello Mr.James i just want to start by saying Were terrible sorry if you didn’t enjoy your trip with us, but we make sure all of our cars are detailed inside and out before every single trip, we made sure to clean the vehicle inside and out before we delivered it
And you have brought the vehicle back almost empty and you didn’t purchase our pre purchase fuel that we offer, so we had to fill the car back up and send you invoice through turo we have attached all the receipts and proof of evidence.
This was a great rental and communication was fantastic! Thank you!
