There was not a spot for me to park in the correct numbers !!! So much more I have to complain about . Also the car was great I loved it I just feel bad the owners of it use Turo to rent it out !!!!!!!! Also we don’t need to ask the people beside the vehicle lot for instructions on what to do during the pick up or drop off process

The car was still left in the wrong spot, putting it at risk of being towed. I also understand that your were furstrated because I couldn’t extend your trip because another guest had already booked the car Christmas and could not cancel their reservation. Thank you!
