The host was nice during the pick up of this car. However, I was not happy regarding the condition of the car being not as nice as the pictures displayed, after paying over $600. The car had some physical damage to it, like it had been in an accident prior to then renting it out for my trip. And, the car ran a little rough, which was concerning seeing as we were going out of town with it, and the host told me that they could NOT swap out that car due to already renting out “ALL” of their cars. So I was stuck with a car that looked raggedy (paint pealing, different color interior, and dented up), and I was afraid that the car would not make it for the duration of my trip. I also had trouble within the app trying to get the A.I. agent to connect me with a real person for assistance in returning the car. That needs to be a smoother process. Overall, the Turo app is a good app, but the host’s cars should look exactly like the pics that are posted…not altered.

The car was very very nice! My first time renting with them and it was PHENOMENAL! The car could’ve did a little better with gas but it was still a great car! I wasn’t too fond on the electric setting but that’s just me! Really enjoyed the car and would definitely rent with them again again and again!
