So car was good. Drove well, good pickup. Easy to park, big trunk for luggage. There was a “Service Airbag” notice on the dash that would ding an alert intermittently while driving. The day we arrived, I was told our car was not back from the mechanic and would I accept an alternative, which I agreed. My reservation was cancelled then rebooked, but I wasn’t told this would happen, so there was a 30-40 minute period when I wasn’t sure what was going on. The owner told me it wasn’t cancelled even though I received an alert, so that was a little confusing. Because I had a new reservation, I had to submit my license for approval again after we landed, and we had to wait over an hour for the owner to approve us, I reached out 2-3 times to remind him. It was late at night, I was tired, so that was a drag.

I’m a 5 star host for a reason. Yes, the compact car you reserved Had an issue with the air-conditioning so I gave you a free upgrade and I took care of everything. You are the one who decided to fly in on a redeye late at night. You are the one who submitted an expired license. Will not rent to in the future. She has 2026 taste on a 2016 budget. If you want a 2026 vehicle then rent one of my 2026 vehicles. Try and be a nicer more reasonable person in the future. PS..there is no engine light on.
