Owner is dishonest and frankly quite rude. We returned the car in perfect condition and some pre exhausting conditions were blamed on us. Unfortunately I did not document the inside condition because I was already on the road and not expecting the owner to be dishonest. Extremely disappointed in this. Borrower be weary. You could be blamed for something the owner
I maintain my vehicles in excellent condition and document their state before and after every trip. Photographic evidence of the damage was provided to Turo as part of the official claims process, and the guest’s own statement admits they failed to document the vehicle’s condition. My record reflects a commitment to professionalism and transparency for all my guests.
