Car had a cracked windshield that the rental company knew about and still rented the car. And car shook terribly when going to stop signifying that it needs brakes and rotors.
Guest was informed about the windshield before their arrival, accepted the car (instead of an alternate vehicle) and only brought it up on the last day in order to try and secure a discount/rebate/refund. The crack does not affect visibility or safety in any way. There are no problems with the brakes and the windshield is in the process of being replaced.
