The parking lot is hard to get to

We’re disappointed to see a 1-star rating based solely on difficulty navigating back to the parking lot. The guest had no issue finding the same location at pickup. During return, we assisted her by phone and confirmed her navigation settings were routing her differently. This issue does not reflect the condition, cleanliness, maintenance, or reliability of our Kia Forte, nor the customer service provided.
