Didn’t respond to trip extension. Tried to call but told me my number was blocked. Complained anytime my gas got under 1/4 tank
Hi Brooklyn, weird review due we allowed you to extend couple times, and the last time when you couldn't, was because you tried in the last minute at 1:00 am and then 5:00 am. Sorry we will keep working to be 24/7 but for now isn't possible. About gas, we got several warnings from the Ford app in your trip for low gas, we explained you that this can cause damages in the gas pump and we always try to keep our cars in good condition for all the guests, but was evident that you didn't care.
