The car got us where we needed to go, but there were a few issues that made the overall experience less than ideal. The passenger seatbelt button was faulty at times, which was concerning from a safety standpoint, and the rear headrest would repeatedly fall down and I was directed to just take it off and leave it in the trunk, which is also a concern for safety– so I opted not to use that seat for the rest of the trip.
Communication with the owner was also somewhat difficult. Some interactions felt unnecessarily tense, and I felt that concerns could have been addressed in a more friendly and professional manner.
Overall, the rental was functional, but the vehicle issues and communication made it feel like an average experience rather than a great one.

Safety concerns are serious, but this review omits key facts. Her own video showed the seat belt working within seconds. She later confirmed her father-in-law checked it and said it was safe, possibly needing lubrication. We still offered her the option to return the car AND a refund; she declined both and completed the trip. You cannot decline every solution, keep the vehicle, then imply your safety concerns were ignored. The documented messages speak for themselves, .hosts be careful

The car drove well. It took me were I needed to go. The engine light came on Tuesday morning and it is still on. But I had no problem with driving
