I was given a car in unsafe condition. Took the car onto the highway for the first time and it immediately started shaking and knocking. Let the host know, they told me to come back to have it fixed at 9AM the next day. I had a ceremony 3 hrs away and was leaving early, so I requested another vehicle. Host said they were only able to give a partial refund and insisted that the earliest they could get another vehicle was 10:30/11 AM because “that was when they opened”. My trip was disrupted and there was no sense of urgency from the host to find a viable solution despite the problem being no fault of mine. True customer service would’ve been making arrangements to open earlier to makeup for giving me a vehicle in unsafe condition. I had to scramble for a new vehicle and missed half of the ceremony because of it.

Safety is extremely important to us, and this issue was unexpected, especially since the previous guest completed the trip without reporting any concerns and left a 5-star review. As soon as we were informed, we offered the fastest solution available based on fleet availability and operating hours. Unfortunately, some situations happen outside of anyone’s control, but we still sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Wish you the best
