The car ran perfectly. Small and good on gas. The only thing is I felt rushed at the end and it was bothering. All though I said 7PM end time sometimes that 30 minutes grace period is needed. I’m huge on customer service.

We are sorry that asking you to let us know when you arrive made you feel rushed. We were just trying to coordinate return and cleaning for the next reservation. The 29-minute grace period helps avoid late fees, but it does not change the scheduled return time or the next guest’s right to an on-time pickup. We appreciate your business.

Host seems nice enough. Pick up is very convenient. Car is high mileage over 120,000 miles and had a known brake squeal which is bad in reverse but also annoying at times when going forward at 30-45mph.

The quality of the car was great , I had a smooth safe pickup with no issues as well as being able to extend my rental and very professional.
