The car was clean, pick up instructions were very easy to follow. Host was very nice and readily available. There was an issue with the car during my trip, but it was resolved very quickly and effectively which I greatly appreciated. The host was responsive and accommodating with my return time. Will rent again.
Saraphina it makes us very happy to know that you mention our instructions are very easy to follow, From time to time, unexpected issues may happen during a trip that were not present before the vehicle was rented. While these situations are rare and outside of normal maintenance, no matter the circumstance, we always do our best to resolve everything properly because we truly care about serving our guests and providing the best experience possible. thank you for being understanding.

car was not what I was hoping for the drivers seat was stuck in the almost lay down position and i took 2 people to push it back into a spot where I could see to drive it was definitely a Low Budget car
We take feedback seriously, but this review does not reflect the condition of the car at delivery. Vehicle was clean, sanitized & fully functional. Seat was working properly; no issue reported at pickup. Guest returned car in unacceptable condition, with strong odor, trash & spoiled food inside, requiring extensive cleaning. This review appears retaliatory and does not reflect the facts of the trip.

Do not rent here!!!. Customer service terrible, car was falling apart. Tried to blame guest. Broke turo policy by renting car with check engine light. Very unprofessional. Worst experience ever had with rental
Trip completed normally. No issues reported at pickup or during the trip. Vehicle came from a previous trip 12h earlier w/5⭐ review. Guest reported problems only after trip ended & after a damage claim was opened. Car was inspected ~6h later by certified mechanics & approved w/no restrictions. Statements like “falling apart” or “check engine light” are inaccurate. This appears to be a retaliatory review.
