The BMW had several mechanical issues, including a dead battery which died on us 30 minutes into our drive. Car interior was also very dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. However, when the car died, our host was very responsive and met us with a replacement car immediately. The rest of our experience went smoothly!

The car was dirty and showing many signs of wear. When I picked up the vehicle, Jerry told me that the low coolant light may come on. As well as, if it does , call him and he would come and put fluid in it. I drove the car to my hotel and the next morning the low tire light came on. I called turo and told them I didn't want to deal with it and wanted to return the car. I returned the car and after the fact, Jerry said I did not fill the car up with gas. I have a picture of when I picked it up and the car was not full of gas, and I have a picture when I dropped it off. Jerry is not to be trusted.
You returned the car with a nail in the tire and the gas was not full. DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON!!
