Sam is an excellent host! Very good communication and he answered the questions I had prior to the trip, as this was my first time driving an EV. I would definitely book with him again. And I’m sold on the EV! (Especially with these gas prices)

The car wasn’t working properly and I had to pay 70 dollars for a uber to get me and my son home safely after being in the cold most of the day, host was fine just terrible car
I’m sorry the trip was stressful. After a full inspection upon return, the car was confirmed to be operating and charging normally and without error throughout the rental. The issue appears to have come from an attempt to charge with an incompatible charger, and I wasn’t provided the details needed to help direct toward a compatible option before a tow was requested. I share EV charging info with all guests and am always available to assist especially during long‑distance travel.

This was my first time using an EV and the overall experience was good. The main issue for me was having to charge it. It takes a long time to charge depending on what level the battery is when you plug it in. The other thing is there aren't many charging stations in Milwaukee like there are gas stations. When you're going to charge the vehicle you sometimes have to wait in line because all the stations are filled and sometimes that's an extra 3 ½ hours give or take. So charging the car plus waiting would be about 6 hours give or take depending on the factors involved. Now this is great if you don't have much to do and just using it for vacation or something. For me I had work and needed a car and work is pretty far out. So I had to charge it pretty often because that's a decent amount of miles everyday. Overall great and a very comfortable ride just a inconveniences for me.

Charging the Bolt to 80% shouldn't take more than an hour with the newer chargers in the area - I'm sorry to hear you had to wait so long for charging and can definitely help you avoid this next time!
