Worst Turo Trip I’ve ever Had, the car was unstable DO NOT RENT THE NISSIAN ALTIMA 2019, I told him there was a issue he wanted to cancel for what I was gonna get the part and fix it, he was disrespectful, the picture of him wasn’t the man who handed me the keys, he wasn’t reliable, I told him I was going out of sc to pa to watch my niece and nephew graduate, he said okay, Thursday I called him and said the ac didn’t work, Friday we drove a hour to nc and the car started over heating, I told him he said nothing to make us comfortable! Disrespectful to the finest! He offered to cancel and Turo declined me a refund and a replacement
I took it to autozone because my aunt and boyfriend work there my boyfriend is also a mechanic come to find out the car needs a Fan Aculator,

I asked them to return the car on the same day. There is nothing wrong with the car. They kept the 3 days after asking to return. I would never rent to these people again
