Host was unable to make it to prearranged meeting and us instead leave the vehicle in a parking spot and then asked to be reimbursed for the parking. Also had to change a flat tire, I know that happens, but maybe time to replace them as they are well worn and I did find a plug in it from a previous repair, that may have been the problem!?
Hi Steve! Our agreed return time was 12PM. You left the car at 9AM due to a personal situation, causing parking fees I had to cover. The vehicle was delivered with brand new tires — the plug happened during your trip, not before. I personally came to help you with the repair. I always go above and beyond for my guests, as I did here. Wishing you the best!

Overall the trip was fine. The reason for 3 stars is that upon pickup the car had expired tabs and didn’t have a front license plate. Nico got the car registered and sent me a picture midway through my trip, but it was uncomfortable to drive around for a week with old tabs and no front plate. The car also had a slight cigarette smell from a prior driver which he had done pretty well of getting out, but it would have been nice to have that info prior to my pickup time. The driver seatbelt also doesn’t recoil very well which was annoying.

The car was exchanged with the owner at the SeaTac departure for Delta @ 830pm.
The car was delivered with a heavy cigarette smell and tire breaks the sounded terrible. Making a scrapping noise like a disc scrapping sound.
The owner was made aware of this because after delivering the car he requested we drop him off to catch the train back home @ the station in downtown Seattle.
He was very apologetic about the smell and the breaks and said he will try to exchange this vehicle for another one.
He notified me via text letting me know one day prior to returning the car that he was not able to exchange for our trip as the other car still needs to be approved by Turo. He met me as planned at the departure dropoff on the street baggage drop off for Delta.
This car was unsafe and everything I placed into the car ended up smelling like cigarette smoke. I would never have rented this car had I known the condition.
Thank you for your feedback. The brakes were in perfect condition at delivery — the noise began that same day, beyond our control. The smell was caused by a previous guest who violated our no-smoking policy, formally reported to Turo with no resolution. Every other commitment was fulfilled on time and as agreed. With 58 trips and only 2 negative reviews, our track record speaks for itself. We regret your experience fell short.
