This was most unfortunate. A service light came on when the customer was starting his trip, so the car was taken immediately off the road and sent for service, which turned was regrettably an inconvenience to the client. The client was given a full refund as well as a discount off his next rental from me for his inconvenience. Maintenance and safety are of paramount importance to me and I try to prevent such events, but also do all I can for my guests when/if an issue occurs.
Thank you for such a nice first time experience. Michelle provided nice little touches that were very much appreciated and her vehicle was very clean and drove smoothly.
