The car was very convenient, and pickup and drop-off were super easy. It was perfect for driving around the city. I had a great experience and would definitely rent from Bo again!

Exceptional, from start to finish had a seamless experience. The car itself was in good condition and drove well. No issues with the wipers like other commenters were experiencing. Host was polite and professional.

I wasn't going to make a review, but after receiving an expense invoice for almost $25 for being 30 miles under what was given to me with, I guess I will give my honest review.
There is some kind of film or oil on either the windshield which made the car inoperable and incredibly dangerous when it was raining. Every time it would rain we couldn't drive because you can't see out. The wiperblades were not much help either.
The first day there was such a loud raddle coming from the license plate that we had to put something between the plate and the cover to keep it from making so much noise.

This is not fair. You left us a negative review simply because we asked to be reimbursed for the missing gas and toll charges. Those were costs incurred during your trip, and we believe it’s reasonable to ask guests to cover them. Our rental rates are already very affordable, and we cannot absorb those additional expenses.
