Excellent car great service easy to locate

The requirement to pay the parking fee to pickup the car from the garage wasn't disclosed until after I booked the reservation. I had to pay an extra $46 to get the car because it was sitting in the garage for 2 days before my reservation. I had to contact Turo for a refund. There should be info provided at the time of booking if the host is not covering the parking and the guest should not have to cover 2 days of parking.

Hi Adia, the pickup instructions mention the parking fee. It's standard for guests to pay this at pickup, just as I pay the fee when you drop it off. However, you never mentioned the fee was $46. If you had reached out, I would have covered half! Also, the car was fully cleaned prior to your trip, so I am not sure why the interior was marked as dirty.
Everything was good, car could have used a vacuuming, but everything else was simple, good, and straightforward. I appreciate the car use.

Amazing even though my flight was delayed I was still able to pick up at 2am and appreciate all the follow up. Very reliable car might buy one now. Thanks for making this trip easy to get a rental unlike AVIS
