I had to swap cars 2 times. People were friendly but the cars are horrible
We understand how exhausting and frustrating it must have been to deal with multiple swaps during your trip. We are making sure that we keep all our vehicles well-maintained and check them thoroughly before every pickup to ensure better reliability. While we are glad our team was friendly, we are using your feedback to improve our fleet standards and prevent this from happening again.

It ran a little weird at times like it didn’t wanna go at times and had to get air a few times but overall did the job!

Tha car AC was not working and engine oil change light was on. The host swapped the car without any problem.
We are glad we could provide a swap for you, but we sincerely apologize for the A/C and oil light issues. We are making sure that we keep all our vehicles well-maintained and check them thoroughly before every pickup to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Process of getting the car was not clear. Had to pay 21$ to get out of the parking lot.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
