The pick up location, drop off, communication were great. The only real issue was the brakes pulsating when using them. The brakes stopped the car but it needs a brake job which is general maintenance. It should've been done before the car was rented. Other than that it was a great experience.
We understand your concern as a guest butfrom the mechanic side of things breaks were serviced and replaced less than 1k miles ago.
