The overall experience with the car was great! Pick-up and drop-off were both super easy. The oil light came on at first, which made me a bit nervous, but the car drove wonderfully and was great on gas. We would definitely rent from you again!

I was thinking about buying a Chevy Volt, so I rented this one to see if I liked it. When I picked the car up it had zero miles of electric range, I understand maybe not having a completely full charge but at 0% it's not even operating as a Volt is designed to operate. Other than that the car was clean enough and the pickup and drop off went fine, but I was disappointed with the rental overall.

This car is a plug in hybrid, the hybrid system regenerates when you drive the car, that is how the car operates, just like a Prius, We understand this was your first time renting a hybrid like this and you are always welcome to ask our team questions.
Car doesn’t defrost well .
