Car was okay but definitely had a weird smell and needs some work done.

We understand how unpleasant it is to deal with a strange odor and a vehicle that does not feel completely up to standard. We are having our mechanic inspect the vehicle immediately and are addressing the odor with a deep cleaning. We are also auditing our inspection protocols to ensure all vehicles are thoroughly checked and well-maintained before every pickup.
