I was hesitant to book looking at past reviews but I needed something last minute and affordable. The car was delivered on time and with clear instructions on how to locate the car at the airport. Car was clean and drove smooth. Communication with host was quick and clear. Will definitely book again!

This car was great! Got me from point A to B with no issues.
The only thing I struggled with was finding the car in the airport as I have never been to RDU and the directions weren’t clear enough, it’s not specified that you have to take a shuttle TO the car. Other than that, this was a great rental, will for sure use again!!

The car is a Chevy Caprice police vehicle, not an SS as the listing says. It lacks a lot of the comforts and performance of what's advertised.
The vehicle is not in good condition. It sometimes stalls right after you turn it on, it shakes a bit under breaking, and it's got noticeable body damage.
The car was not clean. The doors have residue from stickers on the outside, the trunk had melted candy on the liner, there was a big greasy spot on the passenger seat headrest.
Communication was not transparent with Perfect 10. I got a notification saying the car was unavailable and they were offering me an alternative. When I asked why they said because the alternative car was newer. Turns out the Chevy was returned late by the previous renter. Not surprising considering they lied on the listing too.

The car drove well, but esthetically unpleasant. We joked that it must have served as a police cruiser in its past life. The pickup went well, although had to search for vehicle in the airport parking lot. Other airport parking have their lots and individual ports marked, this one didn't. The hosts were graciously available at time of pickup, although it was close to midnight. 3 out of 5 is fair. I wasn't disappointed, they did what they said, nothing more, nothing less.
