It was good had a little hecup but finally got the car. Will was great.
I apologize if the pick up was inconvenient because a selfie with your license + face was required before your trip, we tried multiple times to walk you through the process with Turo and myself on the phone. We then directed you personally on the phone, gave you photo directions (with arrows, signs and a flag on the car to show you where it was located) and had the car parked closest as the airport would allow so you didn’t have to walk too far. But again, i apology i couldn’t accommodate more?

The car was great, super reliable, great on gas, and I had no issues at all. Anytime I had a question, they responded quickly which I really appreciated. The drop-off process was smooth, and the co-host communicated everything clearly.
Overall, it was an easy and stress-free experience. I would definitely book with Wil again the next time I’m in California.
