I always provide guests with a 15-minute grace period for returns. In this case, the vehicle was returned 30 minutes late, and the late fee was automatically applied by Turo according to their policies. Hosts do not set or control these charges. I strive to provide a smooth and fair experience for all guests and appreciate clear communication regarding any delays.

I have ordered the car the same day for pickup and the host had it available for pickup with a clean exterior/interior and a full tank of gas.
Pick up and drop off process was a breeze. The host responded back very quickly to every question I've had.
Most importantly the car ran brand new with no issues at all.
The host has my future business for sure.
