The car was real clean in comparison to other cars I’ve rented in FM and it drove smoothly. The brakes and mpg is what sealed the deal. A four day rental that barely costed 40 in gas. Pickup was straightforward and Basil was informative and very accommodating. I love hybrids nonetheless so booking again is a no brainer

Mostly good. Difficult to figure out where to leave the car as some of the messages were contradictory: one said leave in any lot and one said use same lot. Hopefully my message gave good enough directions to find the car. Also, I wasn't sure how to re-charge car (hybrid), but I did make sure the gas tank was topped off. Mostly good, I just got confused--I'm 74 years old, so not a surprise on that.
