The host asked me to not report her car for damages. She already had extensive external and internal damage all around this car before I booked her vehicle. She has an emergency parking brake system error. To where I couldn’t put the cars emergency brake on without her car system going off and not allowing me to drive. I had to go to a an auto shop to have them fix the alarming brake hazard and I had them also run a diagnostics test on her car to check for further damages. And her car test in fact showed that she had internal damage. She also doesn’t have a working horn on this car which is also a safety hazard. When I informed her she asked me to not report the known damage to Turo. I didn’t want to mess up her income but then today I get a notification from Turo accusing me of wrecking her car when she asked me not to report anything wrong with her car because she would fix it. I never had an accident or hit anything in her car and now she’s accusing me of damage I didn’t do. She has plenty of damage, scrapes, bumps, scratches, dents, missing bolts from her front bumper prior to me ever driving it. Worse experience ever.
