Pickup was nice and easy, host is very responsive, and car was nice and clean. No major issues, great gas mileage

Great car, easy instructions, pick up and drop off we were great. Amazing host.

Car was pretty dirty outside and the inside needed to be wiped down and vacuumed. There was a couple popcorn bits on the floor and the seats looked dirty. Couldn’t use the Bluetooth because I didn’t understand and the host didn’t respond about it. The car gave me issues starting on three different occasions but the third (on my way to the airport) it took about 45 mins for me to figure out, which meant I couldn’t grab food before leaving. Thankfully the host responded to my phone call and told me it was an ongoing issue.
