This was my first experience with Turo. We are very grateful for our experience. Luis came through when we were in a crunch visiting for our son’s graduation. Car was in great condition, interior was very clean and all functional. Exterior was not so clean but in all fairness we had given Luis literally 30 mins of preparation time if that. Normally it’s my biggest pet peeve but Luis did us a solid. So grateful!
Communication was great and if I ever go back to Chicago I will rent from Luis rather than a rental car company.
