Car was clean and easy to find at the airport parking lot. It was a fantastic choice for our Big Sur trip. Would definitely rent from Summer again!

The host is slow to respond . Never answered her phone. The ticket to leave the parking lot was much more than the usual $2 but it's because she left the car overnight..... No accountability. Will not rent from her again. Also never even specified where in the parking lot the car was left.
