Great and communicative host. Easy pickup and drop off. Car is sporty and (almost) everything works. Only negatives are related to maintenance upkeep: brake rotors are warped, one tire is mismatched, windshield washer doesn’t work. I’d be more forgiving of some of these issues but some of these are related to overall safety.

I’ve already dropped the car off at BMW to have everything inspected and taken care of, including the items you mentioned, so it will be back to running at 100% for future trips.
