To start off the trip the host details the car being at the end of the drive way. It was not she has a very long private drive way that is in the middle of nowhere where I was scared to walk up. The car was next to the house. Ok. Fine over that. Now I travel with my fiancé for work. We were in Atlanta for King of Leon call. The storm starts. I began to see ok. Want to stay an extra day. I ask could we rent extra I’ll pay don’t care about the charge. She reads messages no response. Ok. So, we are in the middle of Hurricane Helene and taking our dear time sent her pictures showing the area is saying not supposed to travel. I received an email saying if don’t get car back escalation. I have never felt like this. Can look at history this is the smallest car. We love big nice cars. This was last minute car. Never ever had problems EVER. 4 and a half hours late!!!!! Like mam I really tried to communicate and all and she charged me the next day and paid with no problem!!! Like that’s all you had to do!!! Something to think about she communicates under her conditions!!!
