It was okay , seen a rip and spots on the seats but other than that the car was great !!

tire pressure light kept turning off and on but tires didnt need air there was a knocking noise at front end of car. gas tank was not full at pick up last saturday. I did not fill the tank. and the original car I reserved wasnt available but was listed in turo. this was the worse rental experience I had with turo EVER!!!

Other than Filthy dirty interior, way over on the miles; 850 miles over, no gas from full and over on booking!..
So glad Alan came in clutch! The car was perfect, he also checked on us to see if we were good with the car. Will definitely book with Alan again!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! Everything was wonderful.

The vehicle was not at the location and when he did arrive he had me ride with him back to his residence so he could pump the tire and have someone clean out the inside.

You came 15 minutes before the start time, I picked you up and made sure that all tires are fully calibrated, cleaned after my feet, got you out the door 7 minutes late. The ride was great, the car was clean, you had no legit reason to complain, we are allowed 30 minutes of being late to deliver, you were asking to be earlier and were only 7 minutes late. I gave you 5 stars, yet you rewarded me with 1.
