Care was good and comfortable only thing I would say seems to need and alignment and brakes need to be looked at other then that great car to use

Following your review, we performed an additional inspection and confirmed that the brakes are functioning properly and the vehicle does not require an alignment at this time.

This has been one of the most complicated Turo rentals I’ve ever had. This is not a rental for anyone that doesn’t live near the Monroe area because outside of that it’s inconvenient. There isn’t any where to park or leave your car if you have one, so you have to uber to the middle of nowhere. The car does pretty good on gas mileage but if you’re taking a long trip and like cruise control, this vehicle doesn’t have it. From the start the owner was adamant that she had to put the keys in my hand and she needed 20 minutes notice. That was until notified her my rental was ending early and I was 40 minutes away. She tried to send her husband to retrieve the keys. Only once I called Turo was she able to make it to get the keys in 5 minutes. I can’t say that I would ever rent again. Too much chaos.
