First time renting with Turo and it wasn’t too bad of an experience. The host communicated very well. The vehicle was very clean on the inside but had several damages on the outside. I made sure to take pictures. First time driving an Altima and it was a smooth ride, good on gas and spacious. Soon as I touched down at my location the oil and filter light came on. I took a picture and proceeded to enjoy my trip. Soon as I got ready to head out on Sunday morning, I checked the oil and it was just a drop at the top of the stick. I’m glad as a female, I knew to check it before I got on the highway. But I always check my fluids to be on the safe side. I didn’t panic. I contacted the host right away and they called me asap. I went and put 2 quarts of oil and made it back to my destination safely. I was reimbursed. Overall, good experience and the host was great, too for answering my questions since this was my first time. May rent again for another trip this summer.

The front windshield of the car is cracked in several places. The front end of the car needs repair. The front tire is crackling and will soon cause a blow out of not replaced. This car is in dire need of maintenance and is a safety hazard and liability.

Car was clean, great on mileage, good communication and fairly good pickup directions. The car had a different license plate number. We did get 2 pictures showing the vicinity of the car during the day, we landed so hard to tell by the vicinity pics
at night so we just opened the door and the keys were there so we figured it was the car.
